Welcome to The Re-Set.  

The Re-Set Meditation session is a space where you can come and escape from the outside world and sit and relax and learn how to Still The Mind. 


To re-set your state of mind and be set for your day or week ahead. 


To de-stress, relax and re-energise .

To unwind from busy lives.


You do not need to have practiced meditation before to attend.   


There are many ways to practice Meditation - Mindfulness, Transcendental and Concentration.  And there are meditation tools - Breath, Sound and Guidance.  The Re-Set incorporates all types of meditation and the tools to help you to be able to get into a state of meditation.
